This notice covers this website, getsimplerecovery.com. It is published by Rosasco Solutions LLC, a Maine limited liability company, which makes Simple Recovery.

The Simple Recovery platform itself is covered by a separate privacy policy, which is provided to the organizations that use it.

This site does not collect resident information

Nothing on this website asks for, or is intended to receive, information about people living in a recovery residence. Please do not send resident information through the demo form. If you are a resident looking for your own information, contact your recovery residence directly — Rosasco Solutions cannot access your records for you.

What Rosasco Solutions collects here

When you request a demo, the form collects your name, work email, organization or network, your role if you choose to give it, your reason for reaching out, and whatever you write in the message box. The date you submitted it is recorded automatically.

When you browse, this site places cookies and records standard website analytics — which pages were visited, what site you arrived from, your general location, your device and browser, and your IP address. This is Squarespace's built-in analytics. There are no advertising cookies and no ad-network or retargeting tracking on this site.

How it is used

Demo requests are used to reply to you and to keep an ordinary business record of the conversation. Analytics are used to understand how the site is being found and used.

Rosasco Solutions does not sell your information, does not share it for advertising, and does not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

Squarespace hosts this website and provides its analytics. Airtable provides the demo form and stores the submissions. Both are service providers acting for Rosasco Solutions. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Demo requests are kept as business records for as long as there is a reason to keep them. Ask and they will be deleted.

Your choices

Email peter@rosascosolutions.com to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Most browsers can be set to refuse cookies, though parts of the site may not work as well.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
